COP26 - Agisci ora
COP26 a Glasgow il prossimo novembre ha l'obiettivo dichiarato di "unire il mondo per affrontare il cambiamento climatico". Tuttavia, nelle precedenti 25 conferenze COP dal 1995, i leader mondiali hanno ripetutamente fallito nel raggiungere questo obiettivo. Non accetteremo questo fallimento: i governi devono agire ora. "Smettetela di ucciderci" è il messaggio dei gruppi XR del Sud globale che stanno già subendo le conseguenze più catastrofiche del cambiamento climatico. Dobbiamo anche dare voce ai milioni di specie e di generazioni future che non possono parlare da sole. XR continuerà a chiedere un'azione immediata per affrontare l'emergenza climatica ed ecologica prima, durante e dopo la COP26.
