The time to act is now… so let’s get prepared! Come along to one of our Non-Violent Direct Action (NVDA) workshop, where you will learn about the history of Civil Disobedience, theories of Non-Violence, and various NVDA skills such as how to talk to the police, how to block a road, and how to use your support systems Each workshop takes 3hrs, and includes 2 x 15-minute breaks There will be lots of information to learn, and chances to engage interactively with this information No prior knowledge is needed Location: Charles Street Building, Room 12.2.20, Charles Street, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield S1 1WB Accessibility- whole building is accessible by lift and there are accessible facilities Contact Sarah on to let her know that you are planning to come along or if more convenient just turn up on the day.
