The benefits of exercise are well documented, but lately evidence has come to light suggesting that two hours a week of immersion in nature can reduce stress, increase both health and personal resilience, and help build bonds with the natural world. We will begin with a leisurely hike through Stradbally Woods, followed by a guided meditation in the woods, and close with a reflection period. Lunch and drinks will be provided, but feel free to bring tea, snacks, or lunch items to share. We will cater to dietary restrictions.
