The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any particular accessibility requirements please let us know at community@xrchelmsford.org. In this training we will: * Introduce you to the various reasons for and understandings of nonviolent direct action * Provide a space for you to become more comfortable with NVDA and have your concerns addressed * Introduce you to the systems that need to be in place for successful nonviolent direct action * Give some insight into the law in relation to NVDA * Form new affinity groups and empower those groups to effectively work together. The training will be useful for anyone interested in taking part in future actions - not just those who are willing to be arrested. It's a long session, so please bring (veggie/vegan) snacks and drinks to keep energy levels up! :-) Please note - there is another session running on the 15th February - you only need to attend one of these! :-)
